🖼️✨Digital Portraits: Digital Portraits are delivered instantly after your order, due to the nature of it (Personalized, made only for you) they are therefore non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your digital product, you may request a re-do of your portraits.

​🖼️🎨Canvases: Canvases are processed and shipped within 3 hours of the order being placed.

🙅‍♀️ We do not offer refunds or accept returns for our physical product due to its nature of being personalized with your little ones' face which cannot be resold.

You may request to cancel your order within the 3 hour mark since you have placed your order.
